The bag-emptying machine process

As a fully automatic machine, the STK-4000 offers a streamlined process.

The manual emptying of the bags, with its various stages, is slow and work-ergonomically demanding. Set the STK-4000 to perform all the tasks required to empty a bag, layer by layer:

• Lifting
• Gripping
• Slicing
• Emptying
• Conveying

Worn blades can be individually sharpened or replaced in less than 30 minutes, and replacing an empty pallet with a new one is even faster.

Additional options

For the removal of empty bags, it is worth planning the most optimal option for your business:

• Are you content with one manually emptied bin, the emptying of which stops the process for a moment?
• Do you opt for a spare bin that can be placed in place of the full one, so that production continues without interruption?
• Do you place a smaller waste compactor under the bin and only compact bales of waste are removed?
• Do we design a bespoke conveyor under the chute to automatically transfer the empty bags to a larger compactor nearby?

One bin is included in the total price and the cost of the second bin is 1000 €.

We will implement options requiring automation with a pre-agreed fixed price.
