Cleaning Line

Cleaning line with automatic control washes a wide cylindrical piece, such as a roll, completely clean and dry for surface treatment.

MeteMAN® PR20 is a new automatic washing solution designed by Metecno that scales according to the length and diameter of the rolls. The track length can be up to 20 metres, and the washing diameter can be several metres.

It enables effortless washing prior to surface treatment or processes such as thermal spraying for rolls of various sizes, ensuring a flawless washing result.

Optimise the Washing Process

Designed and manufactured 100% in Finland, this automatic large roll washer is the optimal way to complete the laborious process of cleaning large rolls:

  • Unmanned in an enclosed space
