Metecno Shows Social Responsibility by Donating Blood – Join Us!

Donate blood during working hours is a campaign launched by the Finnish Red Cross Blood Service to encourage companies to enable their staff to donate blood during working hours. Metecno has now taken the initiative and every employee can donate blood during working hours.

The decision gives us the Blood Service’s Donating Blood during Working Hours certificate to use in our communication, which will help us to make our contribution visible.

We also want to encourage other companies and organisations to participate in the campaign. There is a constant need for blood donation all over Finland and it would be a shame if an employee willing to donate could not participate due to their tight schedule.

Our message to other organisations is: allow your employees to donate blood during working hours and thus contribute to the vital functions of society.
