Metecno Oy is exclusively responsible for all aftermarket services for special machine tools manufactured by Fastems and its predecessor Valmet Factory Automation in Finland and abroad.

We supply spare parts for special machine tools made by Fastems and Valmet and modernise the machines to meet the requirements of the 2020s.

Fastems Modernisation

Based on our agreement with Fastems in 2022, we manage all technical information related to Fastems’ special machine tools, including the original manufacturing drawings of the machines.

So we can modernise every machine based on precise documentation. Modernisation is cost-effective because the original design work is carried along, saving design time. The basic design of the machine remains the same, but its automation, electrical components and perhaps some mechanical parts are upgraded with modern components at the same time.
