Efficient Finnish Pipe Washer for the internal cleaning of industrial pipes

MeteMAN® Pipe Washer PP13 is an advanced pipe cleaning machine designed for the internal washing and drying of long pipes and rollers. This versatile large diameter pipe cleaning equipment is suitable for handling sewer pipes, massive industrial pipes, wind turbine tower sections, and various tank shells, also functioning as an automated tank washing system and a rotary tank cleaning machine.

The device can wash and dry massive components: the maximum length of the pipe can be up to 13 meters and the internal diameter can vary between 400 and 2000 mm. This pressure pipe cleaning tool is made of stainless steel, which makes it excellently resistant to intense heat and alkaline detergents. Thanks to the interchangeable tank cleaning heads and tank cleaning nozzles, the device adapts flexibly to different needs.

How the automated pipe cleaning robot works

The smart pipe cleaning robot makes heavy work smooth and precise. The equipment is controlled via an intuitive 18.5-inch touch screen, from which all washing parameters, such as the number of washing and drying cycles and pressures, are easily set.

Precise washing process: Synchronized with the movement of the washing carriage, the rotating wash head acts as an internal pipe cleaning crawler, advancing inside the pipe so that every square millimeter of the surface is perfectly cleaned. The inside pipe surface cleaning machine leaves behind a flawlessly clean surface.
Drying phase: Drying is performed efficiently with compressed air. The wash head continues to rotate during drying, ensuring an excellent final result. The number of drying cycles can be adjusted directly from the wash parameters.

During downtimes, the internal pipe washer can be quickly and easily moved to a wall into a compact storage position to free up floor space.
