Test a 3-Axis CNC Laser Welding Machine in Hervanta, Tampere

Starting in June, we are offering selected companies the opportunity to test our new CNC laser welding machine at our partner’s facilities in Hervanta, Tampere.

This is not a demo – it’s a real opportunity to test your own parts, guided by experts. At the same time, you’ll receive the latest insights into how laser welding can optimize your production processes.

A Full Working Day of Testing

Each test session is designed as a full working day for one company at a time with the MeteCNC® LWM-2000 G2.

You’ll be able to evaluate the machine’s performance and suitability for different materials and joint types in real production-like conditions – not in simulation, but with your actual components.

The cost of the test day is limited to standard operating costs of the lab environment, which are primarily covered by the testing company.

This is a unique opportunity: the machine is not currently on display at trade fairs or other venues – this is the only way to access it. Priority is given to companies with a genuine need and readiness to adopt laser welding into their production in the near future.

What Makes This Machine Unique?

This is a completely new type of Finnish-manufactured CNC-controlled laser welding system.

It combines: integrated quality monitoring, high-power fiber laser technology (20 kW), a dynamic motion system, a large working area, state-of-the-art process control and integrated quality monitoring. The system is designed for demanding joints in materials like stainless steel, copper, and aluminum.
